We currently offer delivery only. There are no customer collections or walk-in visits at this address.

2. Products and prices

We sell helium balloons and balloon arrangements as described on each product page. Check the product description for the number, size, colour and included accessories. Images illustrate the arrangement; minor differences in handmade positioning and screen colours can occur. Products must still match their description. We will seek your agreement before making a material substitution.

Prices are in euro. The total payable, including applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal using the options available at checkout.

3. Ordering and delivery requests

Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your event. Enter your preferred delivery date and time, full delivery address, Eircode and telephone number at checkout. A date entered in the checkout field is a request, not an automatically reserved delivery slot. We will confirm the agreed delivery arrangements directly with you.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly. You may agree an alternative or receive a full refund for the order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute another delivery date without your agreement.

4. Delivery area and charges

  • Up to and including 4 km: €5.

  • Over 4 km and up to and including 14 km: €7.

  • Beyond 14 km: contact us before placing an order; delivery is not automatically available.

Distances are measured by [road distance or straight-line radius] from [public reference point for the Ballina delivery base]. Contact us if you are unsure which option applies. If an incorrect delivery rate is selected, we will explain any difference and obtain your agreement before taking an additional payment.

We deliver to the address agreed with you. Please arrange for someone to receive the balloons and provide any venue access instructions. If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, we will try to contact you. Any additional delivery charge must be explained and agreed in advance. This does not affect your rights where we are responsible for a delivery failure.

5. Balloon care and safety

Follow the product safety and care instructions supplied with your order. Keep balloons away from sharp objects, heat and power lines. Never inhale helium. Children require adult supervision; uninflated balloons and broken pieces can cause choking and must be kept away from children. Some balloons contain natural rubber latex. Do not release balloons outdoors.

6. Changes, cancellations and complaints

Contact info@ballinaballoons.ie promptly with your order number for any change, cancellation or complaint. Changes depend on availability and any extra cost will be agreed before proceeding. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rights.

7. Your rights and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights. Irish law applies, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing order.
